Most builders would prefer to have a trowel in their hands than a pen, but sometimes paperwork is unavoidable.
C.I.T.A. always try to help their members as much as they can when it come to ensuring the correct procedures are followed and whilst we can't write on them for you we provide an abundance of ready prepared documents to help you on your way.
As usual we provide them free of charge and they range from Small Works Contract forms to Health & Safety Policy Statement booklets.
We always advise members to use a small works contract  for every job they undertake, no matter how small, as this protects both them and the householder in the event of a dipute, especially when the price of a particular job is in query.
An initial  supply of commonly used forms such as contracts and warranty notifications are included in your welcome pack when you join and further supplies are readily available from us on 01269-820080.
